When you make a booking, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to approve the service. Please arrive at the agreed time so we can complete your service properly. If you are more than fifteen minutes late, we may shorten the service, offer a later time or reschedule you, depending on availability. Before work begins, our team may inspect your vehicle and point out existing damage, scratches, stone chips, faded paint, cracked trim, loose parts, worn seals or other issues. Please remove valuables, personal documents, cash, toll tags, child seats and loose items from the vehicle. Crystal Wave Car Wash is not responsible for items left inside. Some stains, scratches, oxidation, water spots, pet odours or paint defects may be permanent or only partly improved, and we cannot guarantee a perfect result on every vehicle. Loose antennas, roof racks, cracked glass and poorly repaired panels may be affected by washing equipment, so please tell us about them beforehand.

We take reasonable care when washing and detailing your vehicle and use quality products suited to automotive surfaces. If you believe your vehicle was damaged while in our care, please tell a staff member before leaving our site, or contact us within twenty-four hours with photographs and booking details so that we can review the matter fairly. Where we are found responsible, we may repeat the service, arrange a repair or compensate you for reasonable proven costs, subject to the limits set out below.

Payment is due when the service is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may accept cash, major cards and other payment methods displayed at our counter. Prices include GST where applicable. Memberships, prepaid packages and gift vouchers are non-transferable unless we approve in writing, and they may carry expiry dates or usage rules that are disclosed at purchase.
